ISPM 15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) is the global standard for wood packaging material used in international trade. It applies when you use wooden pallets, crates, dunnage, or skids in your export shipment. Requirements: all wood packaging must be treated (heat treatment or methyl bromide fumigation) and marked with the IPPC stamp (the wheat symbol) showing country code, producer number, and treatment code. India uses HT (Heat Treatment) as the standard.
