Culture India.
Know exactly where you stand.
Culture is often discussed in vague, aspirational terms — but it's actually observable and measurable through how decisions get made, how conflict gets handled, and what behaviour gets rewarded. This assessment diagnoses the real, lived culture, not the one on the values poster.

This assessment evaluates culture across four dimensions: values-behaviour alignment (whether stated values match how people actually behave and are actually rewarded), decision-making culture (how comfortable people are raising concerns, disagreeing, or challenging decisions), accountability culture (whether commitments are consistently followed through on, and whether missed commitments have real consequence), and culture-strategy fit (whether the current culture actually supports what the business strategy requires, or works against it).
A mismatch between stated and lived culture is one of the most common, quietly corrosive organisational problems — it damages trust (people notice when values are stated but not lived), and it can actively work against strategy (a culture that avoids conflict, for example, makes it hard to execute a strategy that requires fast, sometimes uncomfortable decisions).
Scored across 5 critical dimensions.
Values-behaviour alignment — stated values matching actual behaviour and reward
Decision-making culture — comfort raising concerns, disagreeing, or challenging decisions
Accountability culture — consistent follow-through and real consequence for missed commitments
Culture-strategy fit — whether the current culture supports or works against the strategy
Trust and psychological safety — whether people feel safe being honest, including with bad news
Three outcome ranges — each with a clear next action.
75–100
Healthy, aligned culture
Culture genuinely supports the business strategy. IBEAN's advisory focuses on preserving culture through growth.
45–74
Specific misalignment
Some cultural elements support the business, others work against it. IBEAN targets the specific gaps.
0–44
Significant culture-strategy gap
The lived culture works against what the strategy requires. IBEAN's Leadership Advisory works through the structural and behavioural changes needed.
Diagnosis first. Then a scoped advisory plan.
IBEAN's Culture Assessment diagnoses the real, lived culture through structured, confidential input — not the aspirational one on the values statement — and identifies specifically where it works against the strategy the business needs to execute.
